Receta Homemade Enchilada Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, or possibly lard
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne, or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. Chicken broth
- 1/2 c. Tomato puree, to 1 c.
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
Direcciones
- In a large heavy skillet saute/fry the flour and oil over medium heat for 1 minute. Add in herbs and spices and garlic. Cook 1 more minute, and then add in broth, tomatoe puree and lime juice. Raise heat to high and boil, stirring constantly till thickened.
