Receta Homemade Hamburger Salami

Ingredientes
- 5 lb Grnd Beef
- 5 Tbsp. Mortons Tender Quick Curing Salt
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr or possibly fresh Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Coarse grnd black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Smoked hickory salt or possibly Liquid Smoke
Direcciones
- Mix spices together and add in to meat. Mix well. Chill 24 hrs. 2nd day-Mix again and chill another 24 hrs. 3rd day-Mix again and divide into 4 sections. Shape each section into rolls 8 to 10 inches long.
- Wrap in nylon net and tie at each end. Place on oven rack and bake at 150 degrees for 8 hrs. Place shallow pan underneath to catch drippings.
