Receta "Homemade" Potato Soup Crockpot

Ingredientes
- 6 x potatoes peeled, and cut into bite-size pcs
- 2 x leeks washed, sliced
- 2 x onions minced
- 1 x carrot scraped, sliced
- 1 x celery stalk sliced
- 4 x chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 4 c. water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt or possibly to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk - (13 ounce) Minced chives for garnish
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients except lowfat milk and chives in crockpot. Cook on LOW 10 to 12 hrs or possibly HIGH 3 to 4 hrs.
- Stir in lowfat milk in the last hour. Serve topped with chives.
