Receta Honey Brown Lager, Maple Mustard Back Ribs

Ingredientes
- 2 lb baby back pork ribs
- 2 clv garlic, crushed
- 1 x cooking onion, sliced
- 1 tsp whole mustard seeds
- 1/2 x dry chili pepper, crushed
- 8 x cloves
- 4 x allspice, berries freshly cracked black pepper Marinade
- 1 lrg clv garlic, finely, minced
- 1 bot honey brown lager
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 x lime, juice of
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. apple juice
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 x minced chili salt, to taste pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
- Place ribs in large pot and cover with cool water.
- Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Skim, reduce heat to low and simmer covered for about 60 min or possibly till tender.
- Drain and keep hot.
- Meanwhile, combine marinade ingredients.
- Place hot ribs, in a roasting pan and cover with 3/4 of marinade, saving the rest for basting.
- Bake ribs for about 20 min, turning to brown proportionately.
- Place leftover sauce in small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer till reduced by 1/2 and pour over ribs if you like before serving.
- Marinade:Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
