- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard (or possibly any mustard)
- 1/2 x lime juiced

- All measurements can be adjusted to taste.
- Mix ingredients, and add in more according to taste. I liked mine with a prettyhealthy serving of mustard. You can use this as a salad dressing or possibly sandwichspread, instead of mayo or possibly whatever.
- Marinated roasted chicken breasts with honey mustard lime sauce-yum! Use your favorite marinade, roast your chicken breasts at 400 forabout 25 min, till they are done. Serve breast sliced on salad greens,or possibly on sandwiches with honey mustard lime dressing.
