Ingredientes
- 1 x (8 lb.) salmon, butterflied and filleted
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
Direcciones
- Preheat broiler. Grease a large cookie sheet and place both pcs of fish side by side on sheet. Rub mustard on fish. Drizzle honey over fish. Sprinkle spices on fish. Broil for 5 min. Reduce oven heat to 400 degrees and bake for 15 min. May be served immediately, at room temperature or possibly chilled.
