Receta Honey Waffles

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. honey
Direcciones
- Mix and sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and cinnamon. Add in the melted butter to beaten egg yolks, add in lowfat milk and honey. Pour into dry ingredients and mix quickly, sufficient to moisten. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites and bake on a warm waffle iron. Serve with honey syrup.
