Receta Pineapple Granita With Sambuca

Ingredientes
- 20 ounce canned pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. sugar superfine
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. sambuca or possibly anisette
Direcciones
- Strain pineapple thoroughly; reserve juice. Measure 1 c. juice and put it and water and pineapple in food processor. Run machine till pureed. Add in sugar and stir vigorously with a whisk till sugar ins dissolved. Whisk in lemon juice. Spoon into ice cube trays and freeze till hard, about 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Pop ice cubes out of trays and puree till smooth.
