Ingredientes
- 4 lrg Idaho potatoes peeled, quartered
- 4 ounce light cream
- 4 ounce butter
- 4 Tbsp. bottled horseradish Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Bring salted water to boil. Add in potatoes and cook till fork tender. Remove from water and mash well. Add in heated cream and cool butter, mix and fold well. Add in horseradish, salt and pepper to taste.
