Receta Hot Cheese Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 6 to 8 med. potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 10 strips bacon, fried crisp
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Boil potatoes 5 to 7 min. Be sure potatoes are not fully cooked. Drain potatoes. Put together potatoes, cheese, onions and mayonnaise into ovensafe bowl, mix well. Sprinkle bacon pcs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 min. Serve hot. Great with barbecued food.
