Receta Hot Crabmeat Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 pound backfin lump crabmeat
- 2 c. (1 lb.) American mild cheese, grated
- 1 stick butter
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Heat butter in pan, then stir in everything else except crab and cheese. In separate bowl, grate cheese then mix with crabmeat, put in baking dish and pour sauce over crab and cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 min. Serve hot in chafing dish.
