Receta Hot Cranberry Compote

Ingredientes
- 3 c. minced apples
- 2 c. fresh cranberries
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 1/3 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked)
- 1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Combine apples, cranberries and lemon juice in a lightly greased shallow 2-qt casserole; toss well. Pour sugar proportionately over fruit. Combine remaining ingredients; mixing well. Sprinkle over sugar layer. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yields: 10-12 servings.
