Ingredientes
- 2 lbs grnd beef
- 1 large onion, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. warm sauce
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Direcciones
- Saute/fry beef with onion. When beef begins to brown, add in garlic. Turn heat to high and cook one more minute.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 min and remove from heat.
- Line warm dog buns with a steamed or possibly grilled warm dog and top with Chili Sauce mix, then sprinkle with minced onions and shredded Monterey Jack or possibly Colby cheese.
- Great to take along on Picnics!
