Receta Hot Meatball Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce - (26 ounce) divided
- 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1 sm onion finely minced
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp dry parsley flakes
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 4 x Italian sandwich rolls - (6" long)
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine 1/3 c. of the spaghetti sauce, the bread crumbs, onion, cheese, egg, parsley flakes, and garlic pwdr, mix well. Add in the grnd beef to the mix and blend well.
- Shape into about sixteen 2-inch meatballs and arrange in a 9- by 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 min. Remove from the oven and drain the liquid.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the meatballs and return to the oven for 10 to 15 more min, or possibly till no pink remains in the meatballs. Serve in the rolls.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
