Receta Hot Milk Sponge
This is my grandmother's (Margaret Rudis) recipe.

- Beat eggs well.
- Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add flour and baking powder.
- Add vanilla.
- Heat milk and butter and add last.
- Prepare 2 cake pans and divide batter evenly. I always grease and flour cake pans and add a piece of waxed paper to bottom of cake pan.
