  • 2 c. Chick peas, liquid removed (canned or possibly fresh cooked)
  • 2/3 c. Tahina paste (grnd sesame seeds)
  • 3/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, mashed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Parsley, for garnish

Direcciones

  1. 1. Place chick peas, tahina, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cumin in food processor.
  2. 2. Mix till smooth.
  3. 3. Place in a jar and chill.
  4. Just before serving sprinkle minced parsley on top.
  5. Add in more garlic if dessired. If you want this thinner to serve as a dip, add in more lemon juice.
  6. Makes: 2 1/2-3 c.
