Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter (2 sticks) room temperature
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 x extra large Large eggs
- 2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1 3/4 c. cake flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 . Butter 9" x 13" pan, muffin tins, or possibly loaf pans and dust with sugar; set aside.
- In a large bowl, with a mixer, cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating with each addition, till mix is smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine cornmeal, cake flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Add in all at once along with lowfat sour cream to batter and mix just till blended. Pour into prepared baking utensil and bake in a preheated oven about 40 min, or possibly till golden and a toothpick inserted into center comes our clean.
