Receta Ice Cream Cookie Pizza

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. LAND O LAKES Butter, softened
- 1 x egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

- Fudge sauce, strawberry sauce, candy-coated chocolate pcs, gummi candy,coarsely minced chocolate sandwich cookies, decorator sprinkles and/or possibly peanuts,as desired
- Instructions:Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in largemixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, till creamy.
- Reduce speedto low; add in flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Beat till well mixed.
- Spread dough proportionately into ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake for 10 to 12minutes or possibly till golden. Cold completely.
- Spread ice cream proportionately over cooled cookie. Freeze till hard (1 to 2 hrs).
- To serve, cut into wedges; top with desired toppings.
- TIP:This recipe is a fun way to share baking skills with kids. Mix up thecookie dough and have them help spread it into the pan. After baking and coolingthey can help smooth the ice cream on the cookie before adding their owncombination of toppings to the "pizza".
