- 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk (NOT evaporated lowfat milk)
- 2 c. (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped

- In large bowl, fold whipped cream into lowfat milk. Pour into an aluminum foil-lined 9x5 inch loaf pan; cover. Freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Scoop ice cream from pan or possibly remove from pan, peel off foil and slice. Return leftovers (HAH!) to freezer.
- Flavored variations:Coconut Almond: 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed lowfat milk 2 Tbsp water 2 egg yolks 4 tsp vanilla extract 2 c. (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix in whipped cream with 1/2 c. toasted flaked coconut and 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds. Proceed as above.
- Coffee: 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed lowfat milk 1 Tbsp instant coffee, dissolved in 2 Tbsp water 2 beaten egg yolks 4 tsp vanilla extract 2 c.
- (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
- French Vanilla: 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed lowfat milk 2 Tbsp water 2 beaten egg yolks 4 tsp vanilla extract 2 c. (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
- Mint Chocolate Chip: 1 14 ounce sweetened condensed lowfat milk 2 tsp peppermint extract 3 4 drops green food coloring 2 Tbsp water 2 c. (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped 1/2 c. chocolate chips (probably the real small kind)
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix in whipped cream and chips. Proceed as above.
- Mocha: 1 14 ounce sweetened condensed lowfat milk 2/3 c. chocolate syrup 1 Tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp warm water 2 c. (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
- Combine first 3 ingredients. Mix in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
- Strawberry: 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed lowfat milk 1 10 ounce package frzn strawberries in syrup 2 c. (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
- Thaw strawberries. Don't drain. With blender, blend strawberries till smooth. In large bowl, combine strawberries and lowfat milk. Mix in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
- Butter Pecan: 2 Tbsp butter 1/4 c. pecans, minced 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed lowfat milk 2 beaten egg yolks 1 tsp maple flavoring 2 c. (1 pint)

- In small saucepan, heat butter, stir in minced pecans. In large bowl, combine next 3 ingredients. Add in buttered pecans. Mix in whipped cream.
- Proceed as above.
- Chocolate: 1 14 ounce sweetened condensed lowfat milk 2/3 c. chocolate syrup 2 c.
- (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped
- Combine lowfat milk and syrup. Mix in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
