Receta Icebox Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 4 1/2 c. Sliced peeled apples
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 sm Peach flavored gelatin
- 1 sm Cook & serve vanilla pudding
- 1 x Prepared pie shell
- 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Brown sugar
Direcciones
- In a large saucepan, combine apples, water, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 5 min or possibly till apples are tender. Stir in gelatin and pudding, bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, let stand 5-6 min. Pour into shell. Add in topping over filling. Refrigerate3-4 hrs.
- Makes 6-8 servings.
