Receta Idaho Dutch Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 c. potatoes slice 1/4"
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 1 c. gouda cheese shredded
- 1 c. table cream
Direcciones
- 1. Heat lowfat milk in a large saucepan; add in potatoes and seasoning. Cook about 20 min; stirring often.
- 2. Layer cooked potatoes in a greased baking dish, alternating with cheese. Pour cream and any remaining lowfat milk over all.
- 3. Bake at 350F for 30 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
