Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. canned eggnog
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. rum, or possibly 1 Tsp. rum flavoring Grnd nutmeg
- 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9" pie plate.
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients except nutmeg in blender container.
- Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.
- Pour into pie plate; sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake till knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 40 min.
- Cold 5 min.
- Serve with Spiced Whipped Cream if you like.
- SPICED WHIPPED CREAM:Beat ingredients together in chilled bowl till stiff.
