Ingredientes
- 1 c. cream style corn (white)
- 1 c. self-rising white meal
- 1/3 c. Wesson oil
- 2 large eggs, well beaten
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 pod banana pepper, minced
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients then season to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min. Cool and slice. Can be wrapped in foil and put in freezer.
