Ingredientes
- 2 x Good size links Portugese Sausage
- 2 can Chicken broth
- 2 c. Water
- 1 x Long potato, diced
- 1 lrg carrot, diced
- 1/4 x Round onion
- 3/4 c. Elbow macaroni
- 1 can Kidney beans
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1/4 head cabbage, minced Watercress Hawaiian salt
Direcciones
- Put sausage in chicken broth and water and bring just to a boil. Add in potato, carrots, onions, elbow macaroni, bring to a boil and simmer 1/2 hour. Add in kidney beans, tomato sauce and head cabbage. Cook 10 min more and add in minced watercress and Hawaiian salt. Let watercress cook only a few min.
