Receta Italian Baked Breaded Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 whole chicken (organic, if possible)
- 2-4 c. bread crumbs (I dry my own)
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly soy butter
- 2-3 large eggs
- Parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary and garlic pwdr to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan lightly with extra virgin olive oil.Mix to taste: bread crumbs, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary and garlic pwdr. Put together in large bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl beat large eggs.
- Dip cut up chicken (skinned or possibly skin on) first in egg, then in the bread crumbs till thoroughly coated, and place in a single layer in the pan.
- Place 1/2 pat butter on each piece of chicken and bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour.
