Receta Italian Cream Chees Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 c. Sugar
- 5 x Egg yolks
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 sm Cn coconut
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 5 x Egg whites, beaten
- 1 x 8-ounce pk cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1/2 stk butter or possibly margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream shortening & butter, add in sugar & egg yolks. Beat well. Combine dry ingredients, add in to mix with butter & flour. Add in coconut & 3/4 c pecans. Mix in egg whites & mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Frosting:Cream together & add in the remaining pecans.
