• 2 1/2 c. Cake flour (you can use all-purpose flour, but cake flour gives a better texture)
• 1 c. White sugar
• 1 c. Brown sugar
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 c. Nuts
• 1 tsp Cloves
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Nutmeg
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Almond extract
• 1 tsp Orange extract
• 1 tsp Baking pwdr
• 1 tsp Soda
• 1 c. Oil
• 1 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
• 1/3 c. Butter
• 4 c. Confectioner's sugar
• 1/4 c. Orange juice
• 1 tsp Vanilla
