Receta Italian Mixed Beans With Bacon

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 100 gm Celery, sliced (4 ounce)
- 100 gm Leeks, sliced (4 ounce)
- 100 gm Smoked back bacon, minced (4 ounce)
- 1/2 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules
- 2 tsp Schwartz Italian Seasoning
- 2 x 440 g, (15 ounce) tins mixed beans, liquid removed and washed
- 1 x 400 gram tin cherry tomatoes, or possibly minced tomatoes (14 ounce)
- 1 x Vegetable stock cube
- 100 gm Wholemeal breadcrumbs, (4 ounce)
Direcciones
- Pre-heat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the vegetables, bacon and Garlic Granules till softened.
- Stir in the Italian Seasoning, beans, tomatoes and stock cube. Heat till the stock cube has dissolved. Transfer to an ovenproof casserole dish, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top and bake for 45 min.
