- 1 lb Gimme Lean
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Fennel seed, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Thyme Warm pepper flakes to taste
Direcciones
- Mix well and roll into "sausage" shaped rolls. Bake 350 deg. for 15 min on Pam-sprayed greased pan. Flip and bake 15 more.
- Cook in sauce 1/2 hour if making for spaghetti or possibly sandwiches.
- I DARE you to tell me this doesn't taste like the real thing! This is so much like real sausage, I cannot believe it!
