Receta Italian Stuffed Shells

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Creamette Jumbo Shells, (12 ounce.)
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 x Classico Di Napoli Sauce with Tomato &, (26 ounce.) Basil
- 1 ct Ricotta Cheese, (15 or possibly 16 ounce.)
- 2 c. Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 x Large eggs

- Cook Creamette Jumbo Shells as package directs; drain. In a large saucepan, brown meat; pour off fat. Stir in Classico Sauce, cover and simmer as you prepare cheese mix for stuffing shells. In a medium bowl mix Ricotta cheese, 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and Large eggs. Stuff shells with cheese mix; arrange in 13x9-inch baking pan overlapping slightly.
- Pour sauce over shells; top with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Cover; bake in preheated 350 degree oven 50 min till warm and bubbly. Uncover; let stand 10 min before serving.
