Receta Toasted Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. White sugar
- 1 c. Salted butter softened
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. Toasted minced pecans

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt with a wire whisk and set aside. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, blend brown sugar and white sugar. Add in butter and mix to create grainy paste, scrape down sides of the bowl. Add in Large eggs and vanilla extract and mix till light and fluffy. Add in flour mix and chocolate chips and blend at low speed till just mixed. Don't overmix. Stir in pecans. Scoop with rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 22-24 min or possibly till golden. Transfer cookies immediately to a cold surface.
