  1. Blend together potatoes, margarine, Large eggs, salt and sugar; add in flour. Mix yeast in hot water; add in to flour mix. Place in greased bowl; cover. Refrigerate30 min. Dough will be alittle sticky. Roll out dough about 1/2-inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter. Cover and let rise 3 to 5 hrs. Bake at 375 F. for about 10 min.
  2. Makes 4 dozen rolls
