Receta Jalapeno Lime Dip
This Jalapeno Lime Dip is always the HIT of the Party! Takes 5 minutes to make and uses fresh simple ingredients!
Ingredientes
- 4 whole large jalapenos, seeded with this handy tool
- 5 cloves garlic
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, rinse and pat dry
- 8 oz. light sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) dry ranch dip mix
- ½ a fresh lime, juiced
- 2-4 tablespoons milk
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Direcciones
- Roughly chop the jalapenos, garlic and cilantro. Add to a food processor and pulse to chop, scraping down the sides a few times.
- Add in the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch dip mix and lime juice, then pulse until creamy. Then, start by adding 2 tablespoons of the milk slowly, until you've reached your desired consistency, adding in more if desired. Refrigerator for a half hour and then pour into a cute serving dish, and serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
