  • 2 x Onion -- finely minced
  • 1 x Red Bell Pepper finely minced
  • 3 x Celery Leaves finely minced
  • 1 sm Carrot -- finely minced
  • 2 slc Bacon
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 240 gm Parboiled Rice -- (3 dl.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper or possibly more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 clv garlic -- crushed Pepper -- to taste
  • 5 x Deciliters Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 lb Pork Loin -- (lean) Fresh Dill Weed for garnish

Direcciones

  1. Cut bacon in small cubes and brown in oil. Add in vegetables. Add in rice and spices let brown for ca. 1 minute. Add in bullion. Mix well and boil covered for approximately 15 min. Trim pork loin of any excess fat and cut in thin 1 1/2 strips. Add in these to the rice mix.
  2. Let cook for 5-7 min. Let stand 3-4 min. Garnish with dill if you like.
  3. Serving Ideas: Homemade wheat bread and tomato sauce (optional)
