Receta Jane's Most Simple Cornbread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 3 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 x egg
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Measure the dry ingredients together. Beat egg, oil and lowfat milk together. Add in dry ingredients to liquid mix. Pour into heavy iron skillet (9"), that has been heated with approximately 1 Tbsp. of oil. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20 min. This method makes a very crispy bottom crust. May also be baked in a well-greased muffin tin, cake pan, cornstick pan, etc. Easy to double the amount.
