Receta Jason's Linguine And Creamy White Clam Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ginger, minced
- 3 can clams, minced
- 5 ounce clam juice, for flavor
- 4 Tbsp. white wine, for flavor
- 1 1/2 box Linguine
- 1 pt heavy cream Parmesan cheese, to taste
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Put extra virgin olive oil in large frying pan. Saute/fry minced garlic and ginger together in oil. Add in Clams: heat. De-glaze pan with white wine; reduce heat. Add in clam juice. Add in heavy cream simmer till consistency becomes a thicker sauce. If you like, add in Parmesan cheese. Ladle sauce over cooked Linguine (cook according to directions on package).
