Receta Jerked Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp Thyme leaves
- 1/8 x tea pon Grnd allspice
- 1 lb Boneless pork loin chops, 1/2" thick
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Water
Direcciones
- In small bowl, combine Tabasco sauce, garlic pwdr, salt, cumin, thyme, and allspice. Spread mix on both sides of pork chops.
- In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in warm oil, cook chops till well-browned on all sides. Add in water to skillet, heat to boiling, stirring to loosen brown bits. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 min or possibly till chops are tender.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
