Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk (soured with 1 T vinegar)
- 1/2 c. melted butter or possibly bacon grease

- Add in:
- Stir till smooth.Cook in waffle iron about 4 min or possibly till it steams. If you have leftover batter, stir in 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr before using again.
