Receta Julienne Of Carrots And Snow Peas

Ingredientes
- 2 med Carrots, cut into matchstick julienne
- 1 ounce Snow peas, cut into matchstick julienne Freshly grnd pepper
- 3 c. Water
- 1 tsp Oriental sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped green onion
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped Salt
Direcciones
- Bring water to simmer in medium saucepan. Add in carrots and cook 4 min.
- Stir in peas and cook 2 min. Drain vegetables. Rinse under cool water; drain thoroughly. Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over medium-high heat.
