Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x cloves of garlic crushed
  • 50 gm fresh unpeeled ginger grated
  • 375 gm washed kale
  • 50 gm large californian raisins

Direcciones

  1. Remove the centre core from the kale and chop the leaves finely.
  2. This can be done in a food processor but make sure it isnt too fine.
  3. Heat a wok and add in the oil.
  4. When warm add in the garlic and ginger.
  5. Stir for a few seconds till the aroma is released then add in the kale.
  6. Cook over a strong heat till it wilts.
  7. Add in raisins serve.
  8. Serves 4
