Receta Kale With Ginger And Garlic

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x cloves of garlic crushed
- 50 gm fresh unpeeled ginger grated
- 375 gm washed kale
- 50 gm large californian raisins
Direcciones
- Remove the centre core from the kale and chop the leaves finely.
- This can be done in a food processor but make sure it isnt too fine.
- Heat a wok and add in the oil.
- When warm add in the garlic and ginger.
- Stir for a few seconds till the aroma is released then add in the kale.
- Cook over a strong heat till it wilts.
- Add in raisins serve.
- Serves 4
