Receta Karo Fat Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Low Fat

Ingredientes
- No stick cooking spray
- 1 c. Flour (I used half whole wheat and half reg. flour. Very good.
- 1 c. Quick oats
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1/3 c. Light or possibly dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 c. raisins

- If you are not watching the calorie count you can add in nuts too.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. (Do this even when they are teflon coated.) In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla till well mixed.
- Add in raisins. Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, Bake 10 mins. or possibly till hard. Don't overbake.
- Remove; cold on wire rack.
- Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
