Receta Kelly's Icebox Pie Crust with Nuts
Great crust for refrigerator pies. It's so good, I could eat it by itself, it being a type of shortbread.
Ingredientes
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts are great)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- optional: 2 tbs. sugar
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 F.
- Mix the crust ingredients together, press into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Let cool before filling.
