Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. lemon instant pudding and filling mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 2 1/4 c. powdered sugar, divided
- 1/3 c. lime juice
- 2 T water
- 3 T butter, melted
- Lime slices for garnish or possibly fresh strawberries

- Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch Bundt pan. For cake, put together cake mix, pudding mix, large eggs, water, oil and 1/4 cup lime juice in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with mixer for 2 min. Pour into pan. Bake 50-60 min or possibly till tests done. Cool 25 min in pan. Invert cake onto cooling rack and remove pan. Poke holes in the warm cake with toothpick or possibly long-tined fork.For glaze, put together 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/3 cup lime juice, 2 tbsp water and melted butter in medium bowl. Pour slowly over top of warm cake. Cool completely. Invert onto serving plate. Dust with remaining powdered sugar and garnish as desired.
