- 1 1/2 lb Kielbasa, cut in 1/2" pcs
- 1 lrg Green pepper, cut in 1" pcs
- 1 lrg Onion, cut in 1" pcs
- 1 c. Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
- 29 ounce Whole peeled plum tomatoes
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in casserole with lid.
- Bake 1 hour, stir, bake 1 more hour. serve!
- NOTES : This is as easy as it sounds! Good too!
