Receta Kimchi Salsa

Ingredientes
- 1 quart Water
- 2 Tbsp. Plus
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 c. Minced Napa cabbage, Bok Choy, or possibly oriental mustard greens
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Arbol chile pwdr, or possibly Cayenne
- 1 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
- 1 tsp Of ginger juice (squeezed out in a garlic press)
Direcciones
- In a large saucepan, bring the water and 2 Tbs. of the salt to a boil. Add in the cabbage or possibly other greens and cook for 30 seconds while stirring, till wilted. Drain, let cold, and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and thoroughly combine.
- Yield: About 2-1/2 c., Heat: 9
