Receta Kiwi Fruit Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 x Hard kiwifruit peeled and finely minced
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Oil
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Sift flour, baking pwdr and baking soda into a bowl. Add in sugar and mix; stir in kiwi. Combine Large eggs, oil and lowfat milk; gently stir into dry ingredients till just moistened. Don't overmix. Spoon into lightly greased muffin pans or possibly use foil/paper liners, till 2/3 full. Bake in 350 F (180C) oven 15 min or possibly till golden brown. Let cold on wire racks.
- Makes about 18 mediummuffins.
