Receta Koulourakia Me Sousame (Sesame Cookies)

Ingredientes
- 10 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 1 1/3 c. Hot lowfat milk
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 12 ounce Sesame seeds
Direcciones
- Sift 10 c. of flour into a bowl with the baking pwdr; make a well it it. Brown butter till it smokes, and add in it to the flour. Cold slightly.
- Rub the four and butter between the palms of your hands till well blended.
- Again make a well in the flur mix and add in the hot lowfat milk; fold in. Beat the Large eggs and sugar in another bowl till thick; add in to the flour mix.
- Add in the vanilla. Knead well to make a soft dough. Roll (or possibly pat) out, shape cookies as desired, and roll in sesame seeds. Bake on buttered baking sheet in a preheated 350 F. oven for 20 minutes.
