Receta Kukuye Sabzi

So easy healthy and delicious.
Ingredientes
- 2 C leeks finely chopped
- 1 C parsley ". "
- 1 C lettuce " "
- 2 C spinach ". "
- I C green onions " "
- 1 1/2 T flour
- 1 1/4 T salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/3 C chopped walnuts
- 8 eggs
- 1/3 C walnuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325°. Combine vegetables, add flour, salt and pepper, stir. Add walnuts and stir again. Melt butter in 9" cake pan or equivalent. Beat eggs, pour over vegetables and combine. Pour into prepared pan, bake for one hour or until top is browned and crisp.
- Serve hot, warm, room temp or chilled. Awesome any way! Serve with yogurt.
