Receta Lauren's Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 6 x hard peaches sliced
- 1 1/2 c. sugar nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Place peaches and 1/2 c. sugar in saucepan and cook over low heat, uncovered, till peaches soften but don't become mushy, about 15 min.
- Spray 13- by 9-inch baking pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Place butter in baking pan and set in 350 degree oven till melted.
- Mix flour, remaining 1 c. sugar and lowfat milk with rotary beater till smooth. Pour flour mix proportionately over melted butter. Don't stir. Pour cooked peaches onto top of batter. Don't mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees till golden and bubbly on top, 45 to 60 min.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
