Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd beef, lean
- 1 med onion minced
- 16 ounce chili no beans
- 1 env taco seasoning mix
- 3 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 3 med avocado
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. lettuce shredded
- 2 x tomato minced
- 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 c. Monterey jack cheese shredded Tostitos
- 16 ounce refried beans
Direcciones
- Brown crumbled grnd beef, draining excess fat. Add in onion and cook 5 min. Stir in beans, chili and seasoning mix. Spread in bottom of 9 x 12 pan. Spread with picante sauce. Combine in food processor next 5 ingredients. Spread over meat. Sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, and cheeses. Serve with Tostitos.
